COPE – Cost of Poverty Experience

Join the Appalachian State University Sociology Department, ACT (Appalachian & the Community together) and the Hospitality House for a Cost of Poverty Experience! Tamara Franks will be facilitating this event.

  • Date: Saturday, March 21, 10 am – 12 noon at Legends on ASU campus
  • Cost for the workshop is $10 which benefits Hospitality House
  • COPE has been used to help many organizations and communities across the nation work more effectively with low-income families and understand and address the issues of poverty more comprehensively.

The High Country COPE will take place 10:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturday, March 21st on the Appalachian State University Campus at Legends (Across from Red Onion). Parking is free.
